These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AUTOMV Instructor Auto website and the training services provided by Mihaela Vișan. By browsing the site or requesting an appointment through the contact channels below, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms.

In these Terms, “the school”, “we” or “the provider” means AUTOMV Instructor Auto / Mihaela Vișan. “You” / “the student” / “the user” means the person using the site or services.

2. Scope

The Terms cover:

• use of the website (information, blog, legislation, contact details);
• booking lessons through the channels listed below;
• theory and practical training for a driving licence, to the extent such a relationship is agreed individually.

Final details on licence category, number of hours, fees, schedule and payment terms are confirmed individually (phone, email, WhatsApp or on site) and may supplement these Terms.

3. Role of the website

The website is informational: it presents the school, the instructor, licence categories, legislation, blog and contact details. It does not provide online lesson booking, does not act as a public online enrolment portal, and no online account or website registration is required to request or confirm an appointment.

4. How appointments are made

Appointments are made exclusively through one of the following:

• WhatsApp at 0764.355.789.

Appointments are not made through an online account, website registration or an automatic booking form on the platform. Any message by email / phone / WhatsApp is a request; a booking is valid only after express confirmation by the school.

• Please notify us as early as possible if you cannot attend.
• Cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours before the session, as well as no-shows, may result in losing the session or being charged for it, according to the individual agreement.
• Student lateness may shorten the effective lesson time, without an obligation to extend it.

Services depend on instructor, vehicle and schedule availability. We do not guarantee a time slot until expressly confirmed.

5. Services

AUTOMV Instructor Auto may offer, subject to availability:

• theory training (concepts, road law, exam preparation);
• practical on-road training with a licensed instructor;
• information on licence categories and direct communication with students;
• educational content on the site (blog, legislation, informational materials).

6. Fees, payments and website offers

Prices, packages and information on the site (if any) are indicative and may be updated without prior notice on every page. The applicable fee is the one confirmed before the service starts, via the contact channels.

• Payment methods (cash, transfer, etc.) are agreed individually.
• Invoices / receipts are issued under applicable law, on request or according to school practice.
• Promotions, if any, have limited duration and conditions, communicated with the offer.

7. Student obligations

The student agrees to:

• follow road traffic law and the instructor’s guidance throughout training;
• arrive on time, rested and fit to drive;
• not consume alcohol, drugs or substances that impair driving before / during lessons;
• use safety equipment and bring required documents (ID, file, etc., as applicable);
• disclose any medical issue or situation that may affect on-road safety;
• not film / photograph the instructor, other students or routes without consent where privacy would be breached.

The instructor may interrupt or refuse a session if we assess a safety risk.

8. School obligations

We undertake to:

• provide training with a licensed instructor;
• use a suitable vehicle kept in reasonably good working order;
• communicate the schedule and changes as clearly as reasonably possible (email, phone or WhatsApp);
• process personal data under the Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee passing the theory or practical exam. Results depend on preparation, attention, experience and the examiner’s assessment.

9. Website conduct and content

You must not use the site for:

• illegal, fraudulent or harmful activities;
• uploading offensive content, spam or malware;
• unauthorised access attempts, aggressive scraping or disrupting the service;
• publishing false or defamatory reviews beyond honest opinion.

Site content (texts, logo, images, structure) belongs to AUTOMV Instructor Auto or partners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• the site is provided “as is”; technical interruptions, display errors or temporary unavailability may occur;
• we are not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities or exam results;
• for on-road incidents, the legal framework applies (including insurance and traffic rules), and the student is liable for their own acts when the law so provides.

Nothing in the Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or personal injury where the law forbids such exclusion.

11. Personal data and cookies

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy. Those documents form part of your relationship with the site.

Data sent for appointments (name, phone, email, lesson details) is processed to respond to your request and organise training, based on pre-contractual / contractual steps and the legitimate interest of communicating with students.

12. Communications

Appointment confirmations, rescheduling and operational information are sent by email, phone or WhatsApp, on the channels you used or indicated. Marketing messages (if any) are sent only on an appropriate legal basis (e.g. consent), with an option to withdraw.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, route accidents, major breakdowns, authority measures, network outages), with good-faith rescheduling where possible.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update the Terms to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The version published on the site, with the date at the end, applies. Continued use of the site after publication means acceptance of the changes, to the extent permitted by law. For training relationships already in progress, material changes may also be communicated on your contact channels.

15. Governing law and disputes

The Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably; otherwise, Romanian courts have jurisdiction under applicable procedure. Consumers retain rights under consumer protection law.
